The name of the main income indicator shown when Gapminder World is started has been revised for clarity, but the data remain the same. It is now called “Income per person (GDP/capita, inflation-adjusted $).

Democracy indicator added
We have now added an indicator of how countries are governed. This indicator puts countries on a spectrum from democracy to autocracy through expert scoring on a number of criteria.
